Kayla DonFrancesco, MS, NCC, LPC, is the Regional Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services for MCHS as well as the Outpatient Director for Malvern Health’s Drug and Alcohol treatment entity, Malvern Treatment Centers. Kayla earned a Master of Science Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Addictions and Offenders from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Her career began as an outpatient Drug and Alcohol therapist at the Wedge Medical Center before joining Malvern Treatment Centers in 2015 as an outpatient therapist for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, conducting group therapy and completing level of care assessments. In 2017, Kayla was promoted to site supervisor of one of MTC’s outpatient locations and is now the Director of Outpatient Services, overseeing Malvern Treatment Center’s two D&A Outpatient sites in Bethlehem and Pottstown.
Kayla’s role at MCHS is in providing direct support to the MCHS site directors, managing and maintaining licensure of the sites, helping to improve clinical programming, and ensuring all staff and client needs are being met with the highest quality of care.
