Outpatient Services

For all ages

What is it?

Our Outpatient Services provide counseling and psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges.  Our team of compassionately trained therapists utilize a recovery model and are supervised by a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.

We treat various mood, thought, and behavior challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, grief, depression, phobias, personality disorder, stress and trauma.  We can also work with individuals and their loved ones on self-esteem, relationships and family issues.

We provide a caring environment in which you can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding home life or career, or of more fulfilling relationships.

The goal is to help provide you with the insights and tools you need to move beyond old limiting beliefs and behaviors.

Our compassionate Mental Health Professionals and Mental Health Workers utilize a recovery model and are supervised by licensed therapists and psychiatrists.

Most forms of insurance are accepted, including Medical Assistance.

We provide the following outpatient services.

(Services available in Lehigh Valley and Berks, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.)

Individual Therapy

A process which helps individuals identify the challenges they face, their goals for positive change and the supports they need to achieve their desired outcomes.

Couple and Family Therapy

A process that helps families establish open communication and collectively find solutions to the challenges they face. We help empower families and couples to change in healthy ways by emphasizing their strengths, wisdom and other supports.

Group Therapy

A process that allows individuals to come together in a setting with their peers to openly discuss struggles and challenges that they share. In effect, it enables the participants to view themselves through the eyes of others, which can lead to considerable insight. All groups are facilitated by qualified therapist who helps create a safe space for resolution to occur. Groups are frequently focused around a specific topic such as anger, depression, or self-esteem.

A qualified practitioner will see you for a comprehensive evaluation and provide you with additional treatment options, as needed.
