Outpatient Services

For all ages

What is it?

Our Outpatient Services provide counseling and psychiatric treatment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges.  Our team of compassionately trained therapists utilize a recovery model and are supervised by a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.

We treat various mood, thought, and behavior challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, grief, depression, phobias, personality disorder, stress and trauma.  We can also work with individuals and their loved ones on self-esteem, relationships and family issues.

Group Therapy

A process that allows individuals to come together in a setting with their peers to openly discuss struggles and challenges that they share. In effect, it enables the participants to view themselves through the eyes of others, which can lead to considerable insight. All groups are facilitated by qualified therapist who helps create a safe space for resolution to occur. Groups are frequently focused around a specific topic such as anger, depression, or self-esteem.

Psychiatry

A qualified practitioner will see you for a comprehensive evaluation and provide you with additional treatment options, as needed.
