Robert (Bob) Slawinski is a licensed clinical psychologist in Pennsylvania who has been working in the mental health field for over 40 years.  Bob began working with children and families through a crisis intervention program in South Jersey.  He obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University.

In the early 1990’s Bob rendered individual and group therapy in inpatient settings serving individuals challenged with substance abuse and mental health issues. He developed and managed a specialized outpatient program for persons involved in the criminal justice system. In the early 2000’s Bob began his journey as a trainer, speaker, consultant, and began performing assessments for children, youth, and young adults.

He developed a passion for conducting high quality assessment of the needs of children and adolescents and has completed literally thousands of evaluations for multiple agencies across Southeastern Pennsylvania.  During this period, Bob was blessed with three daughters.

Bob is known for his passion and skills in the areas of program development, supervision, training, and public speaking. He is known for his ability to translate standards of excellence into clinical practice, writing policy, and an understanding of credentialing standards and systems. This unique combination of skills has led Bob to his current role as Director of Program and Staff Integrity at Malvern Community Health where he oversees quality assurance, compliance, staff development and protection of the privacy of persons served. He has called Malvern Community Health Services home for the past twenty-plus years.
